You have questions, we have answers.
What do you charge?
Our prices vary depending on the service that you're looking for, number of pets, and level of difficulty in what you need.
We're interested in having you walk our dogs, what do we need to do to get set up?
We wouldn't want to hand our keys and our family (fur babies included!) over to a complete stranger, and neither should you! First you give us a call and get to know our scheduling manager. She'll be your go-to person for creating your custom service plan and getting all your walks, vacation care, visits, and training appointments scheduled with the team. From there we always set up a meet and greet for our new clients. We take some time to get to know you, your pets and your home, and most importantly, to let your and your pets get to know us.
We don't need walks every day. Can you still help us?
Absolutely! We understand that everyone's schedule is a little different and we do our best to accommodate in any way that we can. We only ask that you commit to at least 2 walks per week as a regular dog walking client.
What forms of payment do you take and when is payment due?
We currently accept credit, debit, and cash payments. Payment is due at the beginning of each service period. We can bill you weekly or monthly. If you are a new client we require payment up front for your initial service period to reserve your spot on our schedule. We always provide digital receipts and invoices so you can track things conveniently.
Can you watch our dogs during the holidays?
We would love to! However vacation care during holidays is first come, first serve, so please book early! If you are reserving us for pet care during peak holiday times (4th of July, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week) then we require a non-refundable deposit (25% or $50, whichever is greater) as we have limited availability and we are always booked to capacity these times of year. We always provide email receipts and invoices.
Do you watch cats or any other animals?
Of course. We are a dog service business, but we understand that furry companionship comes in many shapes and sizes. If you have cats too we're happy to care for them and they will get just as much love as the pups.
